Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day processing on internal tools and ensure workflow accuracy.
Handle documentation, payment confirmations, and stakeholder communication.
Prepare reports, maintain trackers, and support audits/compliance.
Analyse data using Excel/Google Sheets; assist in reconciliations.
Contribute to automation projects (macros/AppScript) and process enhancements.
Provide cross-functional support to operations, accounts, sales, and other teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Commerce/Business/Finance or related field.
1+ year in back-office/operations/documentation (logistics, banking, shared services preferred).
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivots; macros a plus).
Exposure to automation tools (AppScript/ERP/CRM/RPA) is an advantage.
High attention to detail, process-oriented, and adaptable.
Good communication and ability to work with structured procedures.
