To ensure smooth execution of day-to-day business processes by coordinating between departments, monitoring workflow, and maintaining efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily activities between sales, production, dispatch, accounts and management.
Monitor order flow from booking to dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain records of orders, production status and dispatch schedules.
Identify process delays or bottlenecks and follow up for quick resolution.
Ensure proper communication between departments and with management.
Assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Generate daily / weekly reports on order status, production and pending tasks.
Track pending payments, pending orders and follow up with concerned teams.
Support management in planning and process improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain documentation.
Qualifications / Skills:
Graduate in any stream (Business / Commerce preferred).
Fresher - 1 year of experience in operations or coordination role.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
Team coordination and organizational skills.

Timely delivery of orders without process gaps.
Accuracy of records and reports.
Smooth communication between departments.
Reduction in delays and operational issues.
