Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily vehicle movement and update the vehicle status report accurately. Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and depot teams for real-time vehicle updates. Track loading and unloading activities and ensure timely documentation. Follow up for vehicle delays, breakdowns, and route deviations, and escalate when required. Maintain MIS reports related to vehicle movement, trip status, TAT, and delivery performance. Ensure all trip records, POD (Proof of Delivery), and gate pass documents are properly collected and filed. Support the operations team in day-to-day logistics coordination. Ensure smooth communication between warehouse, transport team, and management. Assist in resolving issues related to vehicle allocation, trip closure, and billing support. Basic Excel. Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
