The Process Coordinator is responsible for mapping, coordinating, monitoring, and improving business processes to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business workflows and document end-to-end processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence.
Monitor process performance, timelines, and SLAs.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Support process automation and system implementation initiatives.
Maintain SOPs, process documents, and change logs.
Assist in training teams on new or revised processes.
Track action items and ensure timely closures.
Qualifications:
MBA (Operations/Process/IT) or Graduate with relevant experience.
2-5 years of experience in process coordination or operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
