Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily business processes to ensure smooth operations
Track and report on process performance metrics and identify improvement areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, streamline, and standardize workflows
Support management in the implementation of new processes or process changes
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and compliance records
Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for operational efficiency
Assist with audits, quality checks, and process-related training sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or project support roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
