Process Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Process Coordinator

to oversee and support the execution, improvement, and documentation of internal processes. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure process compliance, and help identify opportunities for operational efficiency and standardization.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor and manage the execution of daily workflows and business processes. Ensure adherence to process standards and company policies across teams. Collaborate with department heads and team members to ensure process alignment and effectiveness. Document maintain and update process-related materials and workflows. Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and recommend improvements using data-driven insights. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and quality. Facilitate communication between teams to support seamless process execution.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (1-3 years) in a process coordination, operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
