Position: Process Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized fresher to join our team as a Process Coordinator. This role will support the operations team in coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring proper documentation, and helping maintain efficient workflow between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily operational processes and ensuring timely task execution
Maintain and update process-related documents and trackers
Communicate with internal departments for follow-ups and data collection
Prepare basic reports and summaries using Excel and other tools
Support in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action points
Identify any process delays or gaps and escalate when necessary
Learn and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of business processes is a plus
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Preferred:
Internship experience in operations, administration, or support roles
Knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Asana, or Trello (added advantage)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
