We are looking for Process Coordinator in an Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) company will oversee daily operations, coordinate between departments, and implement process improvements to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring workflows, maintaining documentation and reports, ensuring adherence to procedures, providing staff training, and contributing to process-related projects. Qualifications typically include a relevant degree, several years of experience in process coordination or a related manufacturing field, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with relevant software.
Key Responsibilities
Process Monitoring & Improvement
:
Monitor daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Coordination
:
Liaise with different departments (production, quality control, sales) to understand their processes and requirements, ensuring smooth operation across the company.
Documentation & Reporting
:
Create and maintain detailed documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow charts. Prepare and present reports on process performance metrics to management.
Quality Assurance
:
Ensure all processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement quality control measures to uphold high product and service standards.
Training & Support
:
Provide training and ongoing support to employees on new processes and procedures to ensure proper adherence.
Project Management
:
Assist in leading or managing process-related projects from initiation to completion, tracking timelines and resources.
Record Keeping
:
Maintain accurate records and data related to operational standards and processes.
Qualifications
Typical qualifications for this position include:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in process coordination or a similar role, ideally in manufacturing.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in process management software; attention to detail; ability to work independently and in teams; adaptability; familiarity with process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma); basic understanding of safety standards; and proficiency in Microsoft Office
