Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to monitor, coordinate, and streamline work progress across all departments. The role requires strong follow-up skills, inter-departmental coordination, and accurate reporting to management to ensure timely completion of tasks and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Department Coordination
Visit all company departments regularly to follow up on work status and progress.
Ensure that assigned tasks are completed within defined timelines.
In case of pending work, obtain and record the expected completion date (ETA).
Coordinate closely with Production Shop Floor, Fabrication, Sales, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and other internal teams.
Tracking & Reporting
Collect daily updates from all departments regarding ongoing activities.
Update task status, timelines, and remarks in Excel Sheets and Google Sheets.
Clearly document department-wise remarks, constraints, and bottlenecks.
Share regular work-progress reports with management and senior leadership.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and query resolution.
Align customer commitments with internal execution plans.
Proactively manage delays, escalations, and follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement
Monitor workflows to identify gaps, delays, or inefficiencies.
Support management in process improvement initiatives through structured data and insights.
Facilitate smooth inter-departmental coordination to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Key Skills Required
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work with multiple departments simultaneously
Organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset
Basic understanding of manufacturing / fabrication processes (preferred)
