About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Process Coordinator

to support and streamline our daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, hands-on experience in process management, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates with experience in quality, production support, or process improvement in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operational processes within the manufacturing workflow. Monitor, analyze, and review existing processes to identify improvement areas. Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and management teams to ensure smooth operations. Develop, update, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Track data, prepare MIS reports, and maintain process-related documentation. Conduct process audits, product audits, and system audits to ensure compliance with standards. Provide training, support, and guidance to team members regarding updated processes. Ensure material availability and coordinate with the team to avoid delays or bottlenecks. Support quality improvement activities by identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering setup. Prior experience in quality, process coordination, production support, or similar roles. Good understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and basic lean manufacturing principles. Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Knowledge of Control Plans, Work Instructions, Process Documents, and Reporting.
