The Process Coordinator will be responsible for driving organizational processes, ensuring timely follow-ups with staff, and escalating delays to the Managing Director. Will play a key role in ensuring that systems and workflows designed during workshops are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with staff across departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Track progress on all organizational processes and escalate delays/issues to the MD.
Ensure that systems created during workshops are being followed consistently.
Maintain basic reports and trackers using MS Excel.
Provide day-to-day support to management in process monitoring and coordination.
Skill Set & Requirements:
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience as a coordinator/office executive.
Female candidates preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic data entry, formatting, simple formulas).
Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills.
