Job Summary:



The Process Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, streamlining, and improving internal processes across departments to ensure efficient workflows and operational success. This role involves monitoring key process indicators, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance productivity and performance. Work with various teams to document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Analyse process performance metrics and report findings to management. Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems. Train staff on updated procedures and provide ongoing support. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Qualifications:



1+ years of experience in a process coordination or similar operational role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with process improvement tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
