Process Coordinator - Scorecard



Mission



To ensure flawless and timely execution of all institute processes by proactively following up with every responsible person, identifying bottlenecks early, and facilitating smooth completion of tasks -- with patience, humility, and persistence.

Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)



1.

On-Time Execution of All Processes



o 95%+ of all defined processes (exams, fee collection, PTMs, onboarding, hands-on science, design work, CRM resolution, etc.) are completed on or before the scheduled deadline.

o Delays are flagged, followed up, and resolved promptly with minimal disruption.

2.

Early Detection & Escalation of Bottlenecks



o Identify risks or delays at least 24-48 hours in advance wherever possible.

o Escalate only after ?10 polite follow-ups and/or when delay threatens key deadlines.

3.

Clear, Consistent Communication & Documentation



o All follow-ups are logged in Excel / process tracking sheet in real time.

o Stakeholders always know the status of their tasks (no surprises).

4.

Interdepartmental Coordination & Harmony



o Maintain smooth communication between exam dept, CRM, fees collection, design team, and operations teams.

o Build goodwill -- other team members view the PC as a helpful reminder, not a nag.

5.

Zero Drop in Morale Despite Multiple Follow-Ups



o Handle repeated follow-ups with patience and a positive attitude -- no frustration visible to colleagues.

o Foster a culture of accountability and respect.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
