Monitor and track tasks assigned across teams using
Asana (or similar project management tools)
.
Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Maintain and update task status and progress in the system.
Generate and share regular reports and dashboards with the directors.
Identify bottlenecks, delays, and escalate issues when required.
Support process improvement by ensuring teams follow structured workflows.
Coordinate between departments to streamline task completion.
Skills & Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project management support.
Hands-on experience with
Asana
(or tools like Trello, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work with multiple teams.
