Job Overview
: We are seeking a proactive and organized
Sales Coordinator
to support our
Sales Department
in managing day-to day sales operations, documentation, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of the sales process -- from lead tracking and quotation preparation to order fulfil ment and post-sales support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong coordination across internal teams and clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and order processing. o Support sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, invoices, and related documents.
Update, monitor, and maintain customer data, leads, and sales activities in
Zoho CRM
.
Act as a link between the
Sales
,
Logistics
, and
Accounts
teams to ensure on-time order delivery and customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers for order confirmations, payment updates, and dispatch details.
Maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking sheets.
Identify process gaps and assist in improving sales coordination workflows for efficiency.
Ensure all documentation, approvals, and reporting comply with company standards and timelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
