Role Overview



The

Process Coordinator

is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all business processes by coordinating each step of the workflow. She acts as the connecting link between teams, ensuring that tasks are completed within timelines and that all relevant information is shared accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and monitor different steps of business processes to ensure timely completion. Share relevant information with all team members involved in the workflow. Keep track of progress and ensure that tasks are aligned with the flowcharts and process requirements. Assist in maintaining clarity and order across different departments. Support the team by identifying gaps and helping resolve them smoothly.

Skills Required



Pleasant personality with a polite, cooperative, and professional attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in workflows. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.

Requirements



Female candidate preferred. A strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Non-technical role - no prior technical background required. Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
