We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to manage, track, and streamline internal processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and coordinate day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
-Maintain, update, and analyze data using MS Excel and Google Sheets
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
-Ensure process compliance and identify gaps or areas for improvement
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
-Track performance metrics and share insights with management
-Support process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Process Coordinator or in a similar role
-Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, data tracking, reporting)
-Good analytical and organizational skills
-Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks
-Good communication and coordination skills
