Job Summary:



We are seeking a

Process Coordinator

to manage and streamline daily operations, reporting, and inter-department coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in

delegation, follow-ups, MIS & PMS reporting

, and expertise in

MS Excel

and

Google Sheets

.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:



Coordinate and monitor project and process activities across departments. Prepare, analyze, and maintain

MIS (Management Information System)

and

PMS (Performance Management System)

reports.

Delegate

tasks and ensure timely completion through effective

follow-ups

. Track and report progress on key deliverables and operational metrics. Maintain and update reports and trackers using

MS Excel

and

Google Sheets

. Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvement measures. Support management with accurate data insights for decision-making. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business Administration or similar). Proven experience as a

Process Coordinator

or in a similar operational role. Strong knowledge of

MIS, PMS, MS Excel

, and

Google Sheets

. Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.

Male candidates preferred.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
