Key Responsibilities



Act as a point of contact between different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations and processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to complete tasks on time. Maintain proper communication and follow-ups for ongoing activities. Prepare and maintain basic reports, records, and documentation. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements where necessary. Support senior staff in executing business operations. Handle queries and provide assistance with professionalism and courtesy.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, BBA, etc. - Freshers can apply). Good interpersonal and coordination skills. Strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Punjabi

. Basic knowledge of MS Office & G-Suite (Word, Excel, G-sheets & G-docs) preferred. Active, enthusiastic, and adaptable to dynamic work environments. Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
