The Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all processes in the sweet production or restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes coordinating between departments, monitoring workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Process Coordination:
Coordinate daily sweet production or kitchen preparation schedules.
Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available on time.
Monitor the production/kitchen process flow to avoid delays and wastage.
Quality & Hygiene Monitoring:
Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines if applicable).
Support quality checks during and after production.
Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team for corrective actions.
Team Coordination:
Act as a bridge between the production/kitchen team and management.
Monitor staff performance and report issues to senior management.
Provide daily task allocations and shift-wise supervision.
Inventory & Reporting:
Monitor daily usage of raw materials and maintain stock records.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on production, delays, wastage, etc.
Assist in inventory audits and consumption tracking.
Customer Order Coordination (If in Outlet/Restaurant):
Ensure customer orders are processed smoothly and on time.
Coordinate with dispatch/delivery and billing teams.
Handle customer queries related to order delays or process issues.
Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain proper documentation of production logs, cleaning schedules, etc.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Key Skills:
Strong coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of sweet/food production process or restaurant operations
Time management and multitasking
Attention to detail
Familiarity with MS Excel, documentation, and report generation
Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream
1-3 years experience in food processing, sweet manufacturing, or restaurant operations preferred
Knowledge of FSSAI standards and HACCP (added advantage)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
