Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to support the smooth execution of business operations. The role involves coordinating daily workflows, monitoring processes, and identifying areas for improvement. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring alignment across teams. The Process Coordinator will assist in implementing tools and systems to enhance efficiency and track key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll regularly interact with different departments. You will also handle troubleshooting of operational issues and escalate problems when needed. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards across all processes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
