Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to support our production team. The ideal candidate will coordinate between departments, monitor workflow, maintain records, and ensure that daily operations are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production activities across different departments
Monitor daily workflow and report any issues to supervisors
Maintain records of production output, delays, and process improvements
Ensure raw materials and equipment are available for operations
Assist in maintaining quality control processes
Communicate with the procurement and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Diploma/Graduate in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
[Insert working hours, e.g., 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 6 days a week]
