We are looking for a dedicated and diligent Process Co-ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The primary role will be to supervise and track the progress of tasks assigned to various individuals, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinating and managing the tasks assigned to different individuals or teams within the organization.
2. Regularly tracking and monitoring the progress of all tasks, ensuring they are completed within the stipulated time frame.
3. Communicating effectively with all team members, providing updates and feedback on task progress.
4. Identify any issues or delays in task completion and take necessary steps to rectify them.
5. Reporting to the higher management on the status of tasks and any potential issues that may arise.
6. Ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in a coordination or supervisory role would be beneficial.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
