We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Process Coordinator
to oversee and streamline daily operations across departments. The ideal candidate will ensure that organizational processes are followed efficiently and effectively, supporting smooth workflow, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure seamless process flow.
Liaise with various departments to facilitate effective communication and quick resolution of issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Ensure that all operational processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Support the management team in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to established procedures and quality benchmarks.
Provide training and support to team members to strengthen process understanding and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in process coordination, operations, or administrative roles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
