Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Process Coordinator
who is proactive, highly organized, and efficient in managing operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, be polite and composed in nature, and be capable of handling crisis situations with calm and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day processes across teams/departments
Delegate tasks effectively and follow up to ensure timely completion
Act as a point of contact for internal communication and workflow facilitation
Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation using MS Office tools & google sheets.
Remind and follow up with team members on deadlines and priorities
Handle crisis or last-minute situations with composure and problem-solving mindset
Maintain professional communication and foster strong working relationships
Support management in process improvements and workflow optimizations
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), with google sheets
Calm, polite and approachable personality
Go-getter attitude with a solution-oriented approach
Ability to manage pressure and handle unexpected challenges
Good sense of responsibility and accountability
