Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Process Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring various operational processes to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution across departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate day-to-day operations between teams/departments Track project timelines and deliverables Identify process gaps and suggest improvements Maintain documentation and reports Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders Support process audits and quality checks

Requirements:



0-3 years of experience in operations or coordination role Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
