We are a dynamic stock broking and fixed income dealing firm with a dedicated team of 10 professionals. Our company is committed to providing top-notch financial services and investment solutions to our clients. We are looking for a diligent and proactive Process Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Management: Overlook all organizational processes to ensure they are being followed correctly and efficiently.

- Productivity Monitoring: Regularly check the progress and productivity of employees, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.

-SOP Updates: Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to reflect current practices and improvements.

-Checklist Compliance: Ensure all work is done according to the provided checklists and standards.

-Problem Solving: Assist team members with issues related to Excel and web browsing, providing guidance and solutions to enhance their skills.

-Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and process flow.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

-Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or stock broking firm.

- Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and web browsing.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

- Location: Must reside near Goregaon, Mumbai.

- Availability: Ready to work from 9 AM to 7 PM.
