Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily workflow processes within the department.
Track progress of tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process flow.
Identify issues, delays, or bottlenecks and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate process documentation, reports, and records.
Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
Generate regular performance and process efficiency reports.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process enhancement discussions.
Assist with implementation of new systems, tools, or process updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree
0-2years of experience in process coordination, operations, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with workflow/project management tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time-sensitive tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
