We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Process Coordinator
to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of workflows across teams. In this role, you will act as a bridge between departments ensuring processes are clearly defined, efficient, and consistently followed. If you enjoy managing structure in fast-paced environments, solving operational challenges, and enabling teams to work smoothly, this position is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor internal workflows to ensure timely and smooth execution.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across teams.
Document SOPs, updates, best practices, and process guidelines.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and summaries to track process/project health.
Act as the primary point of contact for process-related queries and clarifications.
Support onboarding or adoption of new tools and process automation platforms.
Assist in training team members on updated workflows or tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience 0-2 years
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Familiarity with workflow or project management tools (Trello, Notion, Asana, Airtable, Monday.com).
Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; basic automation tool knowledge is a plus.
