Job Overview:



Kaizen Partners is looking for a

Process Coordinator

who will be responsible for driving internal processes, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and escalating any delays to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and good at following up with team members to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Follow up with team members to ensure all assigned work is completed on time. Monitor and track progress of systems created during workshops. Escalate any delays or issues to the Managing Director for timely action. Maintain accurate records and update reports using

Microsoft Excel

. Coordinate between departments to ensure process efficiency and accountability.

Requirements & Skills:



Fresher or

1-2 years of experience

as a coordinator.

Female candidates preferred.

Good working knowledge of

Excel

. Strong communication and follow-up skills. No prior experience in any specific domain (e.g., Manufacturing, Trading, etc.) required. Should reside within

45 minutes commuting distance

from the office.

Salary:



?12,000 - ?15,000 per month ( or as per company norms)
