Job Description

- Process Coordinator (Junior Role)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in tracking, documenting, and updating workflows across teams (sales, operations, logistics, etc.)

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time

Maintain and update process trackers, reports, and dashboards

Identify and report bottlenecks or gaps in day-to-day processes

Support SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation and training material creation

Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Assist senior process coordinators/managers in process improvement initiatives

Handle basic data entry, reporting, and follow-ups with stakeholders Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Business, Commerce, Operations, or related field)

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets is a must)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Eagerness to learn business processes and grow into higher responsibility roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
