.Key Responsibilities



Assist the sales team in managing B2B client accounts, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate with clients on inquiries, order confirmations, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and customer data in CRM/ERP systems. Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards for management. Work closely with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing. Support the preparation of sales presentations, tender documents, and client meetings. Track and follow up on client payments, credit terms, and outstanding balances. Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring queries and complaints are addressed promptly. Assist in organizing sales reviews, team meetings, and client engagement activities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to share insights with the sales team.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or in a B2B sales environment. Strong communication and client relationship skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
