Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Process Coordinator
who is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end processes for curtain projects, from preparing quotations to coordinating with vendors, installers, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate
quotations for curtains
based on client requirements.
Maintain and update project data, budgets, and timelines using
Excel
.
Create impactful presentations for client pitches and internal use in
PowerPoint
.
Coordinate and follow up with:
Vendors
for fabric orders and delivery timelines.
Installer teams
for scheduling and execution.
Clients
for approvals, updates, and feedback.
Ensure smooth workflow between sales, design, and operations teams.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all ongoing projects.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(formulas, formatting, data analysis) and
MS PowerPoint
(design and layout).
Prior experience in interior design, furnishing, or related industries preferred.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
