Job Description

Responsibilities:



Process Oversight:

Coordinate and monitor the execution of processes across different departments to ensure timely completion and compliance with organizational standards.

Communication:

Serve as a central point of contact for process-related inquiries, clarifications, and updates. Facilitate effective communication between team members, departments, and management.

Documentation:

Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and manuals. Ensure that all relevant stakeholders have access to up-to-date process documentation.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular reviews and audits of processes to identify deviations, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance process quality and reliability.

Training and Development:

Provide training and guidance to team members on process-related tasks, procedures, and best practices. Support the onboarding of new employees by familiarizing them with established processes.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process effectiveness, efficiency, and performance. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

Continuous Improvement:

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and innovations.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or compliance issues associated with existing processes. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational resilience and regulatory compliance. Mainly responsible for all the flowcharts running in every business process Co-ordinates all the steps in a flowchart to get work done in a specific timeline. To provide all the relevant information with everyone in the workflow.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in process coordination, process improvement, or similar roles. Advanced in MS Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance. Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and workflow analysis. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Bracket:

Salary for this position should be between 12-20 thousand rupees monthly basis or as per company norms.
