Role Summary



As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing workflows, monitoring process efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and Site supervisiors . This is a fully remote position, open exclusively to

female candidates

who are fluent in the

local language of Cochin (Malayalam)

and English.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes Manage schedules, track milestones, and handle Work. Communicate clearly in both English and Malayalam with regional and remote teams Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions

Requirements



Female candidates only (as per team dynamics requirement) Based in or familiar with Cochin/Kochi and local culture Fluent in Malayalam and English (spoken and written) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Google sheets and Workspace, Excel etc.)

Pay: ?10,622.43 - ?15,000.00 per month
