Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating day-to-day business processes and workflows.
Ensure compliance with established SOPs and quality standards.
Monitor process performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, or areas of improvement in workflows and escalate appropriately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, HR, etc.) to streamline processes.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and process-related data.
Support audits, reviews, and compliance activities.
Provide administrative and operational support to process managers.
