About the Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Process Coordination Intern

to support our in-house operations team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in the real-world execution of advertising campaigns across multiple media formats.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with in-house departments (design, print, logistics) for smooth execution of campaigns. Track project timelines and ensure team members meet deadlines. Maintain internal records - job sheets, artwork versions, delivery updates. Follow up with field staff and vendors for timely campaign installation. Assist in basic inventory and material movement tracking. Help ensure campaign quality by supporting internal checks. Support internal communication via WhatsApp and Google Sheets. Learn and document the flow of OOH, POSM, transit, and electronic media campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria

Students or recent graduates (Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or any stream). Must be available for a minimum 3-month commitment.

Preferred candidates residing near or in Rohini Sector 4, Delhi.

Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web). Strong communication skills (Hindi & English). Interest in operations, branding, or advertising preferred.

What You'll Learn

Real-time operations of media campaigns (OOH, transit, POSM, etc.) Vendor coordination, creative handling, and campaign tracking. Understanding of media formats and industry timelines. Professional project coordination and documentation practices.
