We are looking for a Process & Brand Operations Manager who will work closely with the Founder and handle brand execution, marketing coordination, daily operations and marketplace onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Founder on marketing and growth strategies
Create tasks for teams, track execution, and report progress to Founder
Coordinate daily order execution with operations team
Manage social media and influencer marketing execution
Coordinate with team and get the brand onboarded on marketplaces like (Myntra, Tata 1mg, Purplle, etc.).
Requirements:
3-6 years experience in operations, coordination, or brand management
Experience with marketplaces and digital platforms
Strong follow-up, coordination, and execution skills
