We are seeking a proactive Process Coordinator to streamline internal operations and foster seamless communication across teams. Key Responsibilities
Inter-Department Coordination
Calendar Management
Maintenance of Records and Reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream (Science background will be an added advantage)
Experience: 1-6 years.
Technical Proficiency:
Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP is an added advantage) and MS office and MS Outlook
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in business English
Interpersonal Skills: Pleasant personality with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, correspondence, and confidential matters.
Documentation: Draft and manage agreements, emails, and other official communications.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless business operations.

Working Days/Timings:- Monday to Friday (9am to 6 pm)
