Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Process Coordinator

to support daily operations and ensure smooth execution of business processes. The role involves coordinating between teams, monitoring process workflows, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely completion of tasks as per defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily process operations. Maintain accurate records, reports, and process-related documentation. Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow. Identify delays or bottlenecks in processes and escalate issues when necessary. Support in implementing process improvements for better efficiency. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards. Prepare and share periodic reports with management. Handle routine administrative tasks related to operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Good organizational and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of process management or operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under supervision and in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,328.97 - ?15,000.00 per month
