Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
Support project planning and execution.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Perform accurate data entry and reporting using MS Excel & Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Ensure smooth communication between departments and external vendors.
Manage office purchases, mail, and documentation in line with company policies.
Assist with clerical support, event coordination, and IT issue resolution.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in administrative coordination (preferred)
