Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily business operations between departments (Purchase, Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, etc.).
Monitor workflow, identify delays, and ensure timely task completion.
Prepare and maintain process reports, checklists, and documentation.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Support management in process improvement and efficiency tracking.
Maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Education: Graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in operations, coordination, or administration roles.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
