Overview:
The Process Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all organizational processes by following up with staff, tracking progress, and escalating any delays to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor ongoing processes to ensure timely completion.
Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
Identify and escalate delays or issues to the Co-Founder.
Maintain process records and updates in relevant systems.
Support in streamlining and improving workflows where needed.
