Key Responsibilities
Act as a central point of coordination between various internal departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Monitor, track, and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and turnaround time
Facilitate clear and effective interdepartmental communication to avoid operational gaps
Prepare and maintain process documentation, MIS reports, and coordination trackers
Follow up with concerned teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of bottlenecks
Support management in process audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify process gaps and suggest practical solutions for operational enhancement
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in process coordination and cross-functional team handling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic reporting tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum
6 years of relevant experience
as a Process Coordinator or similar role
Demonstrated experience in
interdepartmental coordination and operational process management
Candidates with long-term role stability and strong organizational commitment will be preferred
