We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Process Coordinator
to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in
interdepartmental coordination
and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the central point of contact between various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure processes are followed seamlessly.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks by coordinating with the concerned teams.
Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and documentation for management review.
Support department heads in implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Escalate issues proactively and follow up until resolution.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate (any discipline); MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a
Process Coordinator / Operations Coordinator
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Preferred Profile
Female candidate, preferably
married with children

Stability in past roles, demonstrating long-term commitment.
Strong sense of responsibility and maturity in handling interdepartmental communication.
