The Process Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and improving organizational processes to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. This role acts as a bridge between departments to make sure all processes run correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
Ensure process documentation is accurate and up to date.
Maintain communication between teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare reports and presentations on process performance.
Support compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Track performance metrics and analyze data for process improvement.
Conduct regular process audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
1-3 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or administration.
