Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily business processes and activities.
Assist management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Maintain records, files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
Support senior executives in decision-making with relevant data and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
10 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant, Process Coordinator, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
