Role Overview:
We are looking for a Process Coordinator who can take charge of ensuring that all core work processes are executed smoothly and on time.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strict follow-up across teams, tracking the status of tasks, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure strong follow-up on all core work processes to guarantee timely and quality execution.
Regularly track progress on key activities across departments (creative, production, client servicing, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned and aware of their deliverables.
Identify any delays or gaps in execution.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and task trackers & address the same to HOD issues.
Support the project and operations team in daily task planning and process streamlining.
Ensure accountability by regularly checking in with responsible team members.
Provide inputs to improve internal workflow and efficiency.
Ensure all processes are regularly reviewed and updated, with prompt actions taken as soon as any deviations or issues are identified.
Required Skills:
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Effective communicator (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure
Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Trello, or similar task management software
Collaborative attitude and proactive problem-solving
Qualifications:
Bachelor//'s degree in any discipline
* 1-2 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or admin role (event industry experience is a plus)
