Job Description

Process Management



Monitor and streamline daily operational processes. Ensure all activities follow the standard operating procedures (SOP). Identify process gaps and suggest improvements. Create workflow structures and ensure team adherence.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate between multiple departments (Production, QC, Store, Dispatch, Accounts). Perform daily follow-ups and send task reminders. Provide daily updates and status reports to management.

Data Management & Reporting

Collect daily, weekly, and monthly process data. Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and performance tracking sheets. Report delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues.

Required Skills:



Strong communication skills Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / MIS reporting Good time management and multitasking Process analysis & problem-solving skills Strong documentation and reporting skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
