Process Coordinator - Roles & Responsibilities

Process Coordinator

1. Internal Process Audit

Perform internal audits across departments to ensure strict SOP and compliance adherence.
Develop and update internal audit checklists as per process changes and standards.
Document audit findings and prepare internal audit reports for management review.
Follow up on CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) and verify implementation.
2. Process Monitoring & Improvement

Monitor day-to-day processes and ensure operational workflow accuracy.
Identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities in existing processes.
Support cross-functional teams in executing process improvement initiatives.
Assist in automation and system-based process enhancement activities.
3. Checklist Creation & Documentation

Create, update, and maintain process checklists for all functions and audit points.
Ensure checklists are aligned with SOPs, compliance norms, and client requirements.
Maintain centralized documentation for all checklists, trackers, and process audits.
4. Reporting & Data Management

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit and process performance reports.
Generate summary reports for management with actionable insights and trends.
Maintain audit registers, process trackers, and MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness.
5. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives for audit planning and process alignment.
Communicate process changes, audit findings, and improvement plans clearly to stakeholders.
Provide training and support to teams on updated processes and checklists.
6. Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs, quality standards, and client-specific guidelines.
Support quality initiatives and maintain a high level of process discipline across departments.
Accountability :-

Driving 100% compliance through internal and client place audits.

Creating and updating checklists for all processes without delay.

Delivering accurate and timely audit and process reports.

Ensuring closure of corrective actions within defined timelines.

Maintaining seamless coordination between teams for process improvements.

Monitoring daily process flow to prevent deviations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
